Produced entirely by Elemental Distillers, on estate in the heart of the Marlborough wine region. A crisp and robust 'London Dry' style gin. Batch distilled in a boutique 200L copper pot still after a 24 hour activated maceration in a sustainable neutral base spirit - bottled at a bold 45% ABV. A juniper forward palate followed by a fresh grapefruit and hop zest balanced against a highly aromatic kawakawa and gorse nose. Finishing long and clean with a slightly silky mouthfeel and lingering coriander seed note.

Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. Murcia is famous for the finest Fino lemons and each Fino lemon is hand-picked, hand-peeled and hand-dried in the hot Spanish sun. These lemons add aromatic flavours and Bombay balanced this with sweet mandarin and Naval oranges which grow in the same region. The result, an aromatic, fresh and vibrant gin perfectly balanced with a long finish, perfect for Stirring your Creativity in your cocktail and G&T creations.

Black Robin Gin is a contemporary London Dry gin that is inspired by the critically endangered Chatham Island's Black Robin. With every bottle sold Simply Pure make a donation to their charity partners to help them protect NZ's native species and wild places. Black Robin Gin is handcrafted and batch-distilled in a Arnold-Holstein copper reflux pot still by Master Distiller Michael Deinlein, who's family have been crafting alcoholic beverages since the 1930's. Using triple distilled whey as their base, they go on to distill Black Robin Gin a further two times with 11 traditional and exotic botanicals including locally sourced horopito. They then blend with pristine filtered spring water sourced from a sprung underneath our distillery in the hills above Tauranga.

In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed. The result of this passionate exploration is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin - unique, extraordinary, and remarkable, all bottled and labelled by local hands at the distillery.

Jinzu was created by bartender Dee Davies, following a winning entry in 'Show your Spirit' where bartenders were invited to create their own liquid and brand. Jinzu is inspired by Dee's journey to Japan and a lifelong passion for experimenting with flavour. The liquid draws on almost 250 years of distilling heritage and expertise to craft a classically British gin with a delightful Japanese twist taking consumers on a flavour journey from west to east. Jinzu's familiar notes of juniper and coriander marry perfectly with the aromatic yuzu and freshness of the cherry blossom.
