Iconic craft champions Emerson's Brewery went to visit Sawmill and together they brewed a modern iteration of Emerson's classic Organic Pilsner, a beer style close to both their hearts. Thanks to Gladfield Malt for the very best organic pilsner malt, and hopped with Wai-iti, Wakatu and Motueka for an extra oomph.
