Zeitgeist 2nd Edition is here. The second coming of one of the Thomson's most sought after single cask bottlings. Zeitgeist first edition was released in Feb 2018 and over the years has been one of the most 'searched' whiskies worldwide from the Thomson portfolio. Meanwhile Head Distiller Mathew Thomson thought to put down more spirit in the same Zeitgeist style, replicating the spec and maturation process. The result was well worth the wait. Thomson are now thrilled to release a 2nd edition of this succulent single malt whisky. Offering a juicy mix of rich tannins, fresh sweet orange zest, stewed fruits, and gentle vanilla. More savoury, spicy and woody than the first edition, they love how the spirit has shaped up. Just 252 bottles are available of this limited edition single cask bottling. Enjoy!

Our 15-year-old Black River Casks is a tribute to the Black River that is integral to Jamaica's rum history and the source of the limestone-filtered water used to craft our rums. This blend of rare and hand-selected pot and column still rums are crafted with Jamaican limestone-filtered water, with no added flavours, and have all been aged for a minimum of 15 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. It has a coppery hue appearance with a honey gold ring of age. This full-bodied rum reveals aromas of toasted almond and delicate hazelnut followed by notes of intense orange peel, rich vanilla and subtle hints of medium roasted coffee and molasses. Made from 100% NZ grown malted barley, smoked with local peat, triple distilled through copper pot stills, and matured in a single ex-Tennessee whisky barrel - it's a distinctly NZ dram. The whisky has a powerful, peat-smoke aroma, and is described as being robustly full-bodied, well balanced, and smooth, with a slight sweetness on the palate. International Spirit ratings competitions have generally given Lagavulin's 16-year spirit extremely high scores.

Aged in traditional oak casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks which result in a well-rounded whisky with notes of toffee, fruit and vanilla.

The Dalmore 12, an outstanding Highland Single Malt matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in rare and aged Oloroso Sherry casks. The Aroma: Citrus fruits, chocolate, aromatic spices. The Palate: Seville oranges, dried fruits, and hints of vanilla pods. The Finish: Roasted coffee and dark chocolate.

A remarkably rich aroma with ripe orchard fruit, baked apple and robust oak flavours.

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow - fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There's a hint of freshly-baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you'll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.
