This Reserve Chardonnay is a full-blown, 100-percent barrel-fermented with brand new American oak barrels, 100% malolactic fermentation, sur lie, aged on its lees, and bâtonnage twice a month. When you taste that wine, you might think of a baked apple pie with a dollop of vanilla on top of it. From the decadent aromatics, to the velvety texture, to the complex finish, this is hand-crafted wine at its very best.

Since 1876, the iconic cuvee with its bold red sash signals the start of a memorable moment: good times with good friends. Blended from a minimum of 100 crus, Mumm Cordon Rouge expresses the rich diversity of Champagne's terroirs, always in the fresh, vibrant style that is the signature of Pinot Noir, the House's emblematic grape. Aged for a minimum of 20 months in Maison Mumm's cellars, this wine is ideal as an aperitif among friends or a lazy Sunday brunch - those moments when everything simply clicks and positive energy flows: real friends sharing real talk, everyone at ease in a joyful, convivial atmosphere.

A fuller bodied Chardonnay balanced by gentle, fresh acidity and a spine of slate-like minerality. Fresh zesty citrus and citrus blossom notes are to the fore with riper, richer stonefruit underlying and providing extra depth. The fruit is overlaid with complexities of roasted nuts, toasted brioche, and a hint of struck flint and gun smoke. Already drinking exceptionally well, with age the wine will develop more complex, savoury nuttiness and will gain breadth and richness on the palate.

Aromas of dark cherry and plum, along with floral violets notes. The palate is rich and generous, showing dark plum and savoury complexity leading to a silky smooth finish.

Ruby port is all about youthful fruit and flavour intensity, and this port delivers perfectly. The nose is ripe and lifted displaying blackberry, raisin and spice characters. The palate is supple and rich with fine tannins and a lovely warm alcohol finish.

On the nose there are aromas of citrus, as well as honeydew melon and some stone fruit (peach and nectarine). In addition there is a hint of struck match which adds complexity and a flinty minerality. The palate is concentrated with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish.

Dow's Fine Ruby was aged in seasoned oak casks at our lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia for an average of 3 years, and bottled when ready to drink. Exuberant youthful fruit flavours make it perfect for informal drinking.

Ruby Ports are a blend of young, vibrant wines from different harvests. They are kept for an average of two to three years in oak vats before they are blended, fined and bottled ready to enjoy. Cockburn's Fine Ruby is a full-bodied Port with ripe red-fruit flavours, balanced with a fine structure. Perfect at the end of a dinner or simply to enjoy with good friends on relaxed occasions.

Tawny Ports are a blend of young wines from various harvests, are kept for an average of two to three years in casks. They are lighter in colour than Ruby Ports and combine the fruitiness of young wines and the nuttiness derived from the maturation in seasoned oak casks. Cockburn's Fine Tawny is an elegant Port with mellow and spicy flavours. Perfect served chilled at the end of a dinner or simply to enjoy with good friends on relaxed occasions.

This Muscat has been aged in barrel and is designed to enjoy as soon as opened. It will also keep for several more years in bottle.
