Still bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this mid-strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice.

A blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah & Cinsault. With a very beautiful pale pink colour, Reflets Secrets Rosé reveals an expressive and complex nose of delicate floral notes of rose, fresh red fruits, raspberry and cherry, mixed with citrus notes (grapefruit, orange zest) and a touch of pepper and verbena.

A full-flavoured Chardonnay delivering clear varietal flavours supported by a fullness and creaminess derived from extended time on yeast lees in barrel. This Hawke's Bay Syrah displays rich and complex layers of dark berry fruit, lifted florals and savoury spice notes on the nose. Aged in French oak barriques for 15 months, the palate is finely balanced with concentrated black plum, peppery spice and smoothly structured tannins that lead to a finish with both length and power.

Lifted aromas of ripe cherries and spice lead this wine. The palate is soft and generous with delicate primary fruit characters of wild berries shadowed by subtle toasty oak.

This is a new look at Pinot Noir through a white wine lens. Central Otago Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and quickly pressed then fermented as white juice. The result is a fresh and energetic white wine perfect for summer and something a little different. The nose displays red apple, honeysuckle, and strawberry.
