Few champagne houses remain in family hands. The impressively-pedigreed Pol Roger is one of them. This is the pure essence of McLaren Vale Shiraz - restrained but powerful, intense yet opulent. The palate is round, rich and full, with complex blackberry, blackcurrant and mulberry flavour, with finely balanced tannins hat give the wine structure and longevity. Pipeclay Terrace Pinot Noir is hand crafted in very limited quantities and only released in outstanding vintages. Classic high tone violet florals that are intermingled with black cherry and blackberry notes with an edge of sweet brown spice.
