A fresh and delicious wine with blueberry & plum notes, along with floral flavours and a hint of spice.

Bright deep purple in colour, on the nose the Castaño Ecológico Barrica Monastrell delivers powerful aromas of blueberry, blackberry, violet and spices that follow on the palate. Along with this, there is a smoky candied touch and black peppery background from its brief ageing in oak. The aftertaste is long and silky.

Fresh and fruity on the nose complemented by smooth, velvety bubbles and raspberry and red fruit flavours on the palate. Enjoy this wine as an aperitif or with dessert.

The nose is abundant with vibrant red fruits supported by subtle hints of French Oak. On the palate, well balanced tannins are intertwined with flavours of black cherries, satsuma plums and mulberries. Leefield Station is a range of wines that celebrate the history of the iconic sheep and beef station located in the heart of the Waihopai Valley. Purchased in 2013 by Marisco Vineyards, the property inspired us to go back to the beginning with our winemaking approach.

An attractive, fresh and stylish Pinot Noir dominant rosé, full of Rainier cherry flavours and granite notes. Cranberry, watermelon and sea breeze aromas mingle on the nose. Elegant and well-balanced, this wine shows undertones of tamarillo, honeydew melon, oyster shell and subtle liquorish notes. The finish is clean and dry with a lick of salt.

Bold and elegant, the Back Block Syrah has pepper, spice, plum, and succulent ripe tannins. The dark magenta colour immediately suggests it from a very good vintage and the flavours are ripe. The Back Block Syrah is one of Brookfields most popular wines - do enjoy!
