Crafted from a tiny half-hectare block at Two Paddocks Red Bank Vineyard at Earnscleugh, Central Otago, which consistently produces the ripest and most intense riesling on the estate. All grapes are grown using sustainable principles, hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel with a small percentage in aged oak. Wildflower and citrus perfumed aromatics. Vibrant aromas of redcurrant, crushed raspberry, guava and ripe mango lead into an elegantly textured palate with subtle schist minerality and a crisp, refreshing finish. With its depth and poise, this is a beautifully food-friendly rosé that's as versatile as it is expressive.

Crafted only in exceptional vintages, Two Paddocks Proprietor's Reserve The First Paddock Pinot Noir is a rare single-vineyard expression from the estate's original Gibbston Valley vineyard, planted in 1993. Aromas of forest floor, redcurrant and exotic spice lead into a beautifully poised palate, where smooth, velvety tannins and vibrant fruit create remarkable depth and elegance. Reflecting the unique character of one of Central Otago's oldest Pinot Noir sites, this is a refined and distinctive wine with impressive structure, persistence and a long, silky finish.

A thoughtful and expressive wine sourced from the Fusilier Vineyard in Bannockburn, named in honour of Sam Neill's father, Major Dermot Neill of the Royal Irish Fusiliers. Planted entirely in 2000, this north-facing vineyard sits on rolling terraces at the western end of Felton Road, with deep alluvial soils of silt, sand and schist-derived gravel contributing to its distinctive character. Aromatically brooding and intriguing, the wine reveals dark, layered notes while remaining elegant, fragrant and fresh at its core. Bold yet finely balanced, it is a beautifully poised expression of this exceptional Central Otago Pinot Noir site.

Bright lemon in colour, the bouquet offers aromas of toasted almonds, ripe citrus, and a touch of sea spray. On the palate the wine is bright and focused, opening up to layers of stone fruit and lemon curd, over toasted oak and vanilla bean. Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill. Dry and reminiscent of highball gin and tonic, persistent flavours of blackcurrant, banana passionfruit, cucumber, and green olive are revealed alongside bright, mouth-watering acidity. Pale pink in colour, this Mediterranean style rosé is savoury with aromas of Himalayan pink salt, overlaying nuances of watermelon, persimmon, peach, and wild strawberry. The zesty palate exudes blackcurrant, crushed red berries, sherbet, and a seasoning of umami. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised with a chalky texture, delivering a mouthwatering, generous, and dry finish.

A lovely almond colour in the glass, the nose reveals toasted coconut, fresh pear, and apple strudel aromas. Textured and dry, the wine has roasted almond flavours mingling with fresh thyme, wild fennel, and cinnamon. This multi-layered pinot gris is opulent yet clean and juicy with fresh acidity. Great balance and a waxy mouthfeel are complimented by a beautiful lemonade type texture.
