The palate is layered with flavours of sweet pineapple, crunchy green apple, and supporting notes of fresh lime and pink grapefruit. With outstanding fruit concentration balanced with zesty underlying minerality, this lively, fresh wine leads to a pure, and focused dry finish.

Black fruit and dark plum aromas seamlessly blend with subtle spicy notes in this smooth and silky Hawke's Bay Merlot. On the palate flavours of blackberry, cassis and hints of cocoa are balanced with fine tannins leading to a dry and richly textured finish.

This Hawke's Bay Syrah displays rich and complex layers of dark berry fruit, lifted florals and savoury spice notes on the nose. Aged in French oak barriques for 15 months, the palate is finely balanced with concentrated black plum, peppery spice and smoothly structured tannins that lead to a finish with both length and power.

This Nelson Chardonnay displays aromas of lemon zest, ripe nectarine and subtle flinty, mineral notes from use of French oak. A delicate pale pink in the glass, this fresh and fruit-driven Pinot Noir Rosé displays aromas of summer berries with bright floral notes. On the palate watermelon and cranberry combine with subtle strawberries and cream. This traditionally made wine displays lifted aromas of bright citrus fruit, crisp fresh apples and refined touches of brioche and toasted hazelnut. Extended lees aging in the bottle has resulted in a wine that displays a fine, persistent bead and rich, creamy mousse. Finely balanced with a touch of minerality, this wine leads to an elegant, long and crisp dry finish.

A delicate soft salmon pink in the glass, this complex yet elegant Méthode Traditionnelle Rosé displays fresh strawberry, hints of ripe stonefruit and underlying notes of brioche and toasted hazelnut. The fine persistent bead and creamy mousse lead to a rich and weighty palate balanced with focused acidity and biscuity complexity derived from yeast autolysis. Elegant integration of primary fruit flavours derived from Pinot Noir grapes lead this generous and rounded wine to a smooth, lively and lingering finish.

Dark vibrant red in colour with lifted aromas of black cherry and chocolate. On the palate concentrated dark fruit flavours are complimented by subtle oak characters of mocha and spice. Full bodied and well-structured with firm ripe tannins providing balance and length.

Light yellow gold in colour with aromas of citrus blossom and honey; lusciously sweet with lingering flavours of apricot, orange peel and toffee. Beautiful acidity holds the wine all together.
