Light yellow gold in colour with aromas of citrus blossom and honey; lusciously sweet with lingering flavours of apricot, orange peel and toffee. Beautiful acidity holds the wine all together.

The Homage is a beautifully aromatic wine with interwoven berry purity oak sophistication. A floral, scented nose initially dominates with brambly, blackberry & licorice aromatics sitting in the background. Balanced acidity & supportive oak ensure the wine remains vibrant, focused, & supple on a palate distinguished by exceptional length of flavour & a lingering spicy finish.

Crafted from a tiny half-hectare block at Two Paddocks Red Bank Vineyard at Earnscleugh, Central Otago, which consistently produces the ripest and most intense Riesling on the estate. All grapes are grown using sustainable principles, hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel with a small percentage in aged oak. Wildflower and citrus perfumed aromatics. Followed by pink grapefruit and mango flavours, great tension and drive. This wine finishes dry but has generous fruit intensity and persistence.

Bramble, spice and wild herb aromatics sit gently on the nose, then lead to an elegant finely driven mouthfeel, showing poise, freshness and a lingering persistent finish.

A thoughtful and expressive wine sourced from the Fusilier Vineyard in Bannockburn, named in honour of Sam Neill's father, Major Dermot Neill of the Royal Irish Fusiliers. Planted entirely in 2000, this north-facing vineyard sits on rolling terraces at the western end of Felton Road, with deep alluvial soils of silt, sand and schist-derived gravel contributing to its distinctive character. Aromatically brooding and intriguing, the wine reveals dark, layered notes while remaining elegant, fragrant and fresh at its core. Bold yet finely balanced, it is a beautifully poised expression of this exceptional Central Otago Pinot Noir site.
