Dark vibrant red in colour with lifted aromas of black cherry and chocolate. On the palate concentrated dark fruit flavours are complimented by subtle oak characters of mocha and spice. Full bodied and well-structured with firm ripe tannins providing balance and length.

The blackberry, spice and liquorice nuances combine to produce a fruit dominant but complex wine. A small inclusion of the white variety Viognier gives the wine beautiful perfume and allows the wine more accessibility while young. This wine is of the lighter style.

The Homage is a beautifully aromatic wine with interwoven berry purity oak sophistication. A floral, scented nose initially dominates with brambly, blackberry & licorice aromatics sitting in the background. Intense and concentrated in the mouth with fine-grained tannins providing a powerful, yet silky texture.
