Winemaking is a science and an art. Who knows if it was the scientist or the artist that came up with the idea of blending red and white wine, but whoever did was a genius! The smallest amount of Viognier transforms the already spectacular ripe, berry Shiraz into a wine of depth, complexity and youthful intensity - true indulgence.

Deep red, purple in colour with aromas of dark berries and chocolate flavours of dark cherry and plum are fleshy and long. The balance of sweet fruit, subtle oak and soft tannins make this wine silky smooth and delicious.

Classic dark cherry red in colour. Beautiful big, lifted perfumed nose filled with floral accents, spice and liquorice notes. All that is on the nose comes through on to the palate.

Pepper & spice - because the light oak touch has imparted the delicious bright berry fruit flavours with subtle notes of peppercorn, nutmeg and clove.

Intense red and purple hues. Fresh and voluptuous flavours of black cherry, blackberry, chocolate and spice. Deep spice engage with notes of ripe berries with hints of smoke and espresso, culminating in a soft velvety finish. The wine has lifted aromas of dark berries and spice, with a rich, full-flavoured palate of ripe plum, blueberry and vanilla. Finishing with soft tannins and excellent length, it tastes great now and will reward patient cellaring.

Full flavoured typical Barossa Shiraz with black pepper, plum, chocolate and a smooth lingering finish. A rich Barossa Shiraz classically made with some extended skin contact to soften the palate. The wine is matured in older American oak barrels for 15 months to allow the fruit aromas to develop and the tannins to naturally soften.

The wine has a wonderful aroma displaying dark plum, redcurrant and red cherry fruits along with subtle chocolate and a touch of oak derived spice. The palate is plump & generous with ripe fruit characters of plum, cherry and redcurrant. Mocha coffee and subtle aniseed characters are also present along with vanillan oak to balance the fruit flavours. The wine is medium-bodied with a soft mid-palate & pleasing tannin structure. It is a well balanced wine with great texture, good length and enjoyable fruit flavours on the finish.
