The Nautilus Chardonnay is straw coloured with a lifted nose of white peaches, citrus blossoms, brioche, and toasted hazelnuts. The palate displays stone fruits along with a nutty complexity from the natural ferments. The palate has good depth and concentration with a refreshingly long finish. This wine has a tight mineral structure and will develop a creamy texture as it matures.

In its youth, this concentrated wine is pale in the glass and displays aromas of white fleshed stone fruit, flowers, biscuit and hazelnut. This Marc Brédif Vouvray Classic Chenin Blanc is a beautiful crystalline pale yellow. A fine nose reminiscent of well-ripe yellow fruits (peach and pear), to which are added notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple and shades of citrus. The attack is full and rich, with a lot of volume, evolving on a lemony freshness and long and lively exotic fruit finish.

Made from multiple parcels of Chardonnay clones planted on the stony soils within the Gimblett Gravels Vineyard, each parcel contributes a unique character to the wine. Pale lime to pale straw. Individual parcels of Tempranillo and Merlot, grown in Craggy Range's Hawke's Bay Vineyards are carefully selected for balanced flavour and freshness. Harvested, then gently pressed for careful colour and flavour extraction. Brilliant blush rose in colour. Lifted juniper and rosewater perfume with underlying crushed wild berry fragrance. The palate has a textural succulence of raspberry and pomegranate fruits, finely balanced with a savoury phenolic line. Delicious.

This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine. The elegant champagne colour resulted from minimal skin contact prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of pear, stonefruit and pineapple with white peach, apricot and a touch of pink grapefruit on the palate. Best served slightly chilled.

This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. The vibrant pink colour resulted from a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of strawberry, peach and blossom with an abundance of cranberry, peach and citrus on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled.
