Dow's Fine White ages mainly in wood, gaining a rich golden colour and an intense rich nutty aromatic complexity. A certain amount of wine is not wood-aged and is blended in to add freshness and fruit character. On the palate, balanced and smooth, with excellent acidity and a long finish.

Dow's Fine Ruby was aged in seasoned oak casks at our lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia for an average of 3 years, and bottled when ready to drink. Exuberant youthful fruit flavours make it perfect for informal drinking.

A superb Tawny from a leading Port house. Dow's Tawny is a very fine and delicate style, with pretty red fruits balanced by nutty depth derived from an average of three years aging in small oak casks. Owned by the historic and also very modern Symington family stable of Ports, the Dow's has both pedigree and sheer quality on its side.

Ruby port is a traditional style of port and Fonseca have been shipping Ruby since the company was founded over 200 years ago. Fonseca take great pride in their Ruby which has remained consistent in quality for over a century and a half.

Fonseca Tawny spends three years ageing in small wooden casks, generally holding about 630 litres. As it matures in cask, Tawny Port gradually loses the deep red 'ruby' colour of youth and takes on the seductive amber hue known as 'tawny'.

Inky black with purple rim. A nose of great purity opening on a vigorous note of concentrated black woodland fruit laced with raspberry and plum. Around this dense core, with its attractive vibrancy and minerality, is a fragrant and complex aura of citrus blossom and wild herbal scents of mint and lavender. Supported by a tight warp of thick tannins, the palate explodes with concentrated ripe black fruit flavour which surges into the long finish before being gripped in a tight tannic embrace.

One of the best kept secrets in Australia. Galway Pipe was named after the governor of South Australia from 1914-1920, Sir Henry Galway. He would visit the winery and select the finest 'pipes' (500 Litre barrels) of Grand Tawny. This Grand Tawny is aged in oak barrels for an average of 12 years, and is an exquisite and rich blend of character filled varieties. Notes of dark dried fruit, raisins, dried pears, grilled nuts and spicy, toasty oak. Sweetness and acidity perfectly balanced.

The most famous Fino wine in the world. 100% Palomino Fino grapes, minimum of 4 years in American oak following the traditional Solera system. Due to the fact that the flor protects Tio Pepe from oxygen it has been able to maintain a pale golden yellow colour. On the nose sharp yet elegant aromas of the yeast from the flor balanced with toasted almond notes typical of the Palomino variety. On the palate completely dry with reminders of almonds. Super fresh with a long and complex finish.

The Six Grapes symbol dates back to the nineteenth century, when Graham's winemakers marked each barrel after harvest with grape symbols to denote quality. A barrel bearing six grapes signified a wine of exceptional complexity, structure, and balance, worthy of Vintage Port potential. By the early 1900s, Graham's began bottling wine from these select barrels under the Six Grapes label, establishing what would become its signature reserve port. More than a century later, Six Grapes remains a benchmark of the house style, showing a deep dark red colour, a rich and seductive perfume of ripe plums and cherries, and a complex palate with fine structure and a long, lingering finish.
