Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates the most vibrant and aromatic citrus in the world. Murcia is famous for the finest Fino lemons and each Fino lemon is hand-picked, hand-peeled and hand-dried in the hot Spanish sun. These lemons add aromatic flavours and Bombay balanced this with sweet mandarin and Naval oranges which grow in the same region. The result, an aromatic, fresh and vibrant gin perfectly balanced with a long finish, perfect for Stirring your Creativity in your cocktail and G&T creations.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset adds Indian White Cardamom, Turmeric and Mercian Sun-dried mandarin peel to create a softly spiced flavour profile with a background hit of bittersweet citrus. Broken Heart is born from the memory of a beloved life lost. Two Germans who met in the South of New Zealand found friendship in one another, and bonded over the appreciation of creating fine spirits. After Bernd died, Joerg endeavoured to create a gin that captured the heart of those glory days, and henceforth came this finely balanced remedy for a broken heart.

In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed. The result of this passionate exploration is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin - unique, extraordinary, and remarkable, all bottled and labelled by local hands at the distillery.

In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.

A new and permanent member of the Four Pillars family, Fresh Yuzu Gin offers amazing aromatics that are a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit. The palate also features ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha, a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice, for depth of flavour.
