This is a new look at Pinot Noir through a white wine lens. Central Otago Pinot Noir grapes were hand-picked and quickly pressed then fermented as white juice. The result is a fresh and energetic white wine perfect for summer and something a little different. The nose displays red apple, honeysuckle, and strawberry. The palate is sweetly fruited, fresh and lively, with notes of red apple, melon and a touch of spice. Best to serve chilled.

The palate is bright and flowing, layered with nectarine, citrus zest, and wild raspberry, supported by elegant texture and vibrant acidity. Toru is a delicious, co-fermented 'field blend' of three varieties - Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris. Toru has an intriguing nose with notes of mango, fresh citrus, white florals and exotic spices. These lead into a multi-layered palate with flavours of mango, citrus, red apple and lychee with a lingering spiciness. The palate has excellent fruit concentration and weight with lovely creamy texture, plus a mineral edge which gives it great length of flavour.

The Ned Floral White is a limited edition wine from the award winning The Ned range of wines, made in the world-renowned Marlborough wine region at Marisco Family Vineyards. A blend of white grape varietals were used to create this delicious taste of Marlborough and the best of each variety is showcased within the wine. Ripe lemon with supporting grapefruit dominates the nose with underlying hints of floral spice. A full and weighty palate, with crunchy acidity, supports the citrus aromatics whilst being complimented by fruit concentration and a deliciously lengthy finish.

Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels wines are crafted from vineyards within this small, sub-region of Hawke's Bay. Deposited by a wandering river, these unique, stony soils create exceptional wines of character and personality. A Northern Rhône-style white blend - Marsanne brings weight and texture, while Viognier adds freshness and aromatic lift. In the glass it displays ripe stone fruit, subtle floral notes and a gentle hint of spice. On the palate it is smooth and well-balanced, with a dry, lingering finish.

This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine. The elegant champagne colour resulted from minimal skin contact prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of pear, stonefruit and pineapple with white peach, apricot and a touch of pink grapefruit on the palate. Best served slightly chilled.
