On the palate, well balanced tannins are intertwined with flavours of black cherries, satsuma plums and mulberries. Black fruit and dark plum aromas seamlessly blend with subtle spicy notes in this smooth and silky Hawke's Bay Merlot. On the palate flavours of blackberry, cassis and hints of cocoa are balanced with fine tannins leading to a dry and richly textured finish.

This Hawke's Bay Syrah displays rich and complex layers of dark berry fruit, lifted florals and savoury spice notes on the nose. Aged in French oak barriques for 15 months, the palate is finely balanced with concentrated black plum, peppery spice and smoothly structured tannins that lead to a finish with both length and power.

Trinity Hill Gimblett Gravels wines are crafted from vineyards within this small, sub-region of Hawke's Bay. Deposited by a wandering river, these unique, stony soils create exceptional wines of character and personality. A rich and structured red wine, this Tempranillo showcases vibrant raspberry and blackberry aromas complemented by notes of liquorice, sweet spice, and dark chocolate. The palate is bursting with red and black fruit flavours, enhanced by chalky, cocoa-like tannins and lively acidity for a juicy, mouth-coating texture. The Homage is a beautifully aromatic wine with interwoven berry purity oak sophistication. A floral, scented nose initially dominates with brambly, blackberry & licorice aromatics sitting in the background. Intense and concentrated in the mouth with fine-grained tannins providing a powerful, yet silky texture. Balanced acidity & supportive oak ensure the wine remains vibrant, focused, & supple on a palate distinguished by exceptional length of flavour & a lingering spicy finish.

Bramble, spice and wild herb aromatics sit gently on the nose, then lead to an elegant finely driven mouthfeel, showing poise, freshness and a lingering persistent finish.

A thoughtful and expressive wine sourced from the Fusilier Vineyard in Bannockburn, named in honour of Sam Neill's father, Major Dermot Neill of the Royal Irish Fusiliers. Planted entirely in 2000, this north-facing vineyard sits on rolling terraces at the western end of Felton Road, with deep alluvial soils of silt, sand and schist-derived gravel contributing to its distinctive character. Aromatically brooding and intriguing, the wine reveals dark, layered notes while remaining elegant, fragrant and fresh at its core. Bold yet finely balanced, it is a beautifully poised expression of this exceptional Central Otago Pinot Noir site.
