After a total of seven distillations, Simply Pure blend the distillate with filtered water sourced from a spring underneath their distillery resulting in our seriously smooth international award winning Blue Duck Vodka. In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. Black Robin Gin is handcrafted and batch-distilled in a Arnold-Holstein copper reflux pot still by Master Distiller Michael Deinlein, who's family have been crafting alcoholic beverages since the 1930's. Using triple distilled whey as their base, they go on to distill Black Robin Gin a further two times with 11 traditional and exotic botanicals including locally sourced horopito. They then blend with pristine filtered spring water sourced from a sprung underneath our distillery in the hills above Tauranga.

Distilled, aged, & bottled in Ireland, Proper No. Twelve is smooth and balanced with a fine blend of golden grain and full flavoured malted barley. It's aged a minimum of three years in bourbon barrel and offers hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness and toasted wood. A proper salute to all, Proper No. Twelve pays homage to the founder, Conor McGregor, and his neighbourhood of Crumlin, Dublin 12. Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates Bombay's mastery of botanicals. This gin heroes one of Bombay's previous botanicals, the Murican lemon, delivering an extraordinary character with a symphony of citrus notes.
