KI NO BI (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. This gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.

The perfect partnership of Oloroso sherry seasoned American and European oak casks creates the distinctive, warm character of this harmonious single malt. Our skilled whisky making team optimise the right mix of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks to allow the delicate and indulgent flavours of American oak to take centre stage while the more traditional Macallan characteristics of rich fruits, sherry and wood spice provide a reassuringly familiar backdrop.

Two oaks, creating the perfect harmony within one exceptional single malt whisky. Macallan Double Cask whiskies are aged in two types of oak, in specially selected hand-crafted casks seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry. American oak imparts delicate flavours of vanilla, citrus and butterscotch. European oak delivers the unmistakable subtle spice of The Macallan. Once matured, two exceptional whiskies unite to create a distinctive single malt with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

Matured in a unique combination of casks with two distinctive wood types, this special single malt exudes flavours of both European and American oak, married together to create a unique tasting experience. With a distinct grapefruit flavour, this whisky emphasises a wide range and complexity of flavours. The two wood types complement and balance together beautifully and offer an experiential journey through flavour, aroma, colour and texture.

Multi award winning 'The Source' Gin is forged by the four seasons that blow through the Cardrona Valley, Southern Alps, New Zealand. A natural matrix of locally foraged rosehip, together with traditional juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, lemon and orange zest, vapour-distilled into their Single Malt Spirit. Non-Chill filtered, a mark of distinction for this special drop.

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using native Manuka wood and distilled through Thomson's copper pot stills. Natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, Manuka oils.

Zeitgeist 2nd Edition is here. The second coming of one of the Thomson's most sought after single cask bottlings. Zeitgeist first edition was released in Feb 2018 and over the years has been one of the most 'searched' whiskies worldwide from the Thomson portfolio. Meanwhile Head Distiller Mathew Thomson thought to put down more spirit in the same Zeitgeist style, replicating the spec and maturation process. The result was well worth the wait. Thomson are now thrilled to release a 2nd edition of this succulent single malt whisky. Offering a juicy mix of rich tannins, fresh sweet orange zest, stewed fruits, and gentle vanilla. More savoury, spicy and woody than the first edition, they love how the spirit has shaped up. Just 252 bottles are available of this limited edition single cask bottling. Enjoy!
