A unique blend of aromatic white varieties grown at Elephant Hill's coastal SEA vineyard. This wine has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear, hints of a floral aroma, layered with mineral with a fresh palate. Le Phant Rosé is made from Syrah and Tempranillo grapes, grown in Elephant Hill's Te Awanga and Bridge Pa Triangle vineyards. Left to soak on skins allowing a gentle extraction of colour and flavour. Aged in tank on lees without oak. A juicy and gently fruity wine made from a blend of red varieties offering soft red berry and plum flavours, with just a touch of natural sweetness. The perfect pizza or platter wine.

The exceptional fruit purity, concentration and complexity are the hallmarks of the Elephant Hill Reserve Chardonnay. Ripe stone fruit, peach and apricot flavours with underlying nuttiness and a line of citrus acidity keeps the palate fresh and long lasting. Flinty minerality in the background with lingering oak spice on the finish.

Packed with saline minerality, ripe citrus and a hint of oyster shell. Taut acidity and soft spice lingers on a long, racy finish.

This is a medium bodied and elegant Hawke's Bay Chardonnay. Its flavour profile is a mix of stonefruit, grilled nuts, grapefruit and yeasty nuances. It is both complex and delicious.
