In 2014, winemaker Jo Nash discovered an exceptional parcel of Shiraz which was gently crushed and then stored away in some ridiculously expensive French oak barrels to age for 12 months. It has fruit, it has body, it's a beautiful swirl in the glass, and dazzles the senses with its scrumptious bouquet. Made with all full-bodied wine lovers preferences in mind, this wine is primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon with just a little bit of of Merlot to subdue any harsh Cabernet tannins and envelope them with bright fruit flavours.

California Pinot Noir develop rich cherry characteristics as a result of the warm climate, and longer ripening time on the vine. They harvest at night, then cold soak the grapes to preserve its rich berry flavours and ruby-red colour. Then it is fermented in stainless steel tanks to enhance the cherry flavours. Finally aged in oak with a mix of French, American and medium toast levels to integrate the cask aged characters for seven long months. They remain patient as they wait for this ageing process to yield their favourite elevated characteristics of cherry, strawberry, toast, vanilla, and spice.

This wine exhibits a red/purple colour with a crimson hue. The nose reveals cherry and summer berries. A hint of leather with integrated oak and sweet vanillin adds depth and complexity that entices you to savour this wine. The palate shows a delicate elegance of black cherries and red berry fruit. The tannins are supple and well-integrated, adding length and supporting the palate. The wine is instantly attractive and gratifying and complements a wide range of foods including, cheese, pasta, grilled and roasted meats, and vegetables.

Full bodied with black plum and red berry fruit flavours are enhanced by the Tawny oak ageing which leads to flavours of caramel, dried fruits and nuts.

The harvest from these parcels is always carried out later because of the dominant varieties, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon. Careful vinification gives this wine depth, elegance and length in the mouth. The floral bouquet of the Cabernet variety is predominant in the wines youth but develops later towards the more complex aromas of a Grand Vin de Bordeaux. Beautiful deep colour with purple tints. Focused and fruity nose with faint toast in the background. The same fairly elegant aromatic combination flows through to the palate. A very accessible, supple, crisp Bordeaux.

Bright straw in colour, this energetic sauvignon blanc has explosive aromatics of paw paw, Kaffir lime, capsicum, and stone fruit that mingle with subtle notes of coconut and dill. Dry and reminiscent of highball gin and tonic, persistent flavours of blackcurrant, banana passionfruit, cucumber, and green olive are revealed alongside bright, mouth-watering acidity. The distinctive palate has an elegant structure and a bright, pure finish.
