A bold Hawke's Bay Syrah - Floral aromas such as lilac, violet with lifted dark berry notes appear on the nose. On the palate, flavours of boysenberry and plum with well-integrated oak influence come through. With medium weight on the palate, this wine has a hint of pepper and warm spices, rounded out with a soft and velvety finish. With its delicate flavours, this wine pairs wonderfully with grilled meats and vegetables, particularly lamb and eggplant.

Central Otago is home to New Zealand's largest high country sheep stations. The original shepherds who worked these stations have moved on, yet their spirit remains. The Last Shepherd celebrate these men with this Central Otago Pinot Noir. Medium ruby red, exhibiting vibrant dark berry aromas with hints of spice and smoke. The palate is rich and savoury with dark cherry and plum fruit characters with fine supple tannins, hints of pepper and spice and a savoury oak finish.

Delivering a complex and layered wine with fruit intensity and suppleness - Aromas of mocha and liquorice notes lead to a full bodied Shiraz with juicy raspberry and dark plum flavours supported by spice from time in barrel. Finishes silky soft.

Light straw in colour with a subtle lime hue on the edges. Aromas of ripe white peach, winter melon, and a delicate touch of Cape Jasmine greet the nose. The palate exhibits elegance, boasting a medium body, while the wine culminates in a crisp, refreshing finish that uplifts the senses.

Pepperjack Mid strikes a balance between the art of traditional winemaking that Pepperjack is renowned for, and the science of cutting-edge de-alcoholisation and flavour retention technology. Still bursting with quintessential Pepperjack character, this mid-strength wine displays aromas of blackberries and plums with hints of pepper and spice. The palate is rich, round, and soft with concentrated berry fruits and soft velvety tannins.

Boasting fruit purity and an oak selection that would be the envy of the Big Boys, this is a Chard punching well above it's weight. Rich in peach and melon, a hint of buttermilk and vanilla, and finishing with a toasty, nutty complexity. A luxurious mouthfeel is lengthened and uplifted by dancing beads of acidity.

This classic, well-rounded, plum-scented Italian red is made from Montepulciano grapes grown in the Abruzzo region, on Italy's Adriatic coast.

Black Barn's selectively picked fruit ensures optimum quality and ripeness, while thier artisan winemaking philosophy creates wines of depth, character, and remarkable cellaring ability. This is a crisp, medium-bodied, elegant Chardonnay with struck flint, mineral, citrus, grapefruit, and white peach flavours. The wine has an appealingly ethereal texture and a lengthy finish.
