The Pelorus is crisp and balanced. The pale straw colour and aromas of ripe citrus hint at its Chardonnay origins. On the nose, a bouquet of apple and lemon complements the aromas of fresh bread, drawn from two years' bottle ageing on lees.

A dark mahogony wine with a deep bouquet of raisins. It is smooth and sweet in the mouth. This full, vigorous and perfectly balanced wine is produced from sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes.

Fragrant violet, raspberry, dried herb, spice and leather. Lovely sweet fruit entry showing ripe red and black cherry, plum, leather and a hint of vanilla. Medium bodied with excellent concentration and complexity. The tannins are very silky and they lead into a long red berry and mineral finish.

Deep crimson in colour with bright, brambly, berry aromas complemented by notes of cinnamon, black olive and pepper. A vibrant palate with loads of pomegranate and blackberry, it is silky and bright with fine, powdery tannins.

This Marc Brédif Vouvray Classic Chenin Blanc is a beautiful crystalline pale yellow. A fine nose reminiscent of well-ripe yellow fruits (peach and pear), to which are added notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple and shades of citrus. The attack is full and rich, with a lot of volume, evolving on a lemony freshness and long and lively exotic fruit finish.

Good expressions of its variety with a mix of red and black fruits. Spicy aromas of cloves and white peppers. A big body of ripped tannins perfectly combined with the french oak. Long finish and good persistency.
