This Nelson Chardonnay displays aromas of lemon zest, ripe nectarine and subtle flinty, mineral notes from use of French oak. A delicate pale pink in the glass, this fresh and fruit-driven Pinot Noir Rosé displays aromas of summer berries with bright floral notes. On the palate watermelon and cranberry combine with subtle strawberries and cream. With notes of citrus and just a hint of sweetness, this finely balanced Rosé is delightfully elegant and refreshing.

This traditionally made wine displays lifted aromas of bright citrus fruit, crisp fresh apples and refined touches of brioche and toasted hazelnut. Extended lees aging in the bottle has resulted in a wine that displays a fine, persistent bead and rich, creamy mousse. Finely balanced with a touch of minerality, this wine leads to an elegant, long and crisp dry finish.

A delicate soft salmon pink in the glass, this complex yet elegant Méthode Traditionnelle Rosé displays fresh strawberry, hints of ripe stonefruit and underlying notes of brioche and toasted hazelnut. The fine persistent bead and creamy mousse lead to a rich and weighty palate balanced with focused acidity and biscuity complexity derived from yeast autolysis. Elegant integration of primary fruit flavours derived from Pinot Noir grapes lead this generous and rounded wine to a smooth, lively and lingering finish.

Dark vibrant red in colour with lifted aromas of black cherry and chocolate. On the palate concentrated dark fruit flavours are complimented by subtle oak characters of mocha and spice. Full bodied and well-structured with firm ripe tannins providing balance and length.

Light yellow gold in colour with aromas of citrus blossom and honey; lusciously sweet with lingering flavours of apricot, orange peel and toffee. Beautiful acidity holds the wine all together.

Shows a deep and rich red-purple colour with lifted violet and mint aromas. The palate has great length with balanced cassis fruit and dark chocolate.

Fruit flavours are in the cool to moderate spectrum of citrus, white flowers, ripe grapefruit and melon. The style is mid-weight with elegant oak nicely tucked in, providing texture and lingering flavours of cashew, roasted almond and gun flint.

The wine shows attractive brambly, blackberry-like ripe fruits along with spicy and exotic complexity. The palate is rich and textural with salivating soft tannins.

The Homage is a beautifully aromatic wine with interwoven berry purity oak sophistication. A floral, scented nose initially dominates with brambly, blackberry & licorice aromatics sitting in the background. Intense and concentrated in the mouth with fine-grained tannins providing a powerful, yet silky texture. Balanced acidity & supportive oak ensure the wine remains vibrant, focused, & supple on a palate distinguished by exceptional length of flavour & a lingering spicy finish.

Crafted from a tiny half-hectare block at Two Paddocks Red Bank Vineyard at Earnscleugh, Central Otago, which consistently produces the ripest and most intense Riesling on the estate. All grapes are grown using sustainable principles, hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel with a small percentage in aged oak. Wildflower and citrus perfumed aromatics. Followed by pink grapefruit and mango flavours, great tension and drive. This wine finishes dry but has generous fruit intensity and persistence.
