The bouquet reveals boysenberry, ripe cherry, thyme and toasted nut, leading into a medium-bodied palate of sweet plum, tart cherry and wild herbs. Soft, velvety tannins and well-integrated French oak add gentle structure, while a touch of chocolate and lingering spice bring a satisfying finish.

Born from a creative clash of personalities, the Borthwick Estate Left- and Right-Hand Pinot Noirs reflect the unique styles of precise, left-handed winemaker Briony Carnachan and intuitive, right-handed vigneron Paddy Borthwick. Crafted only in exceptional seasons using traditional Burgundian techniques, this Pinot Noir boasts an intense bouquet of cherries and plums, leading into a rich, silky palate of earth and spice with a finely integrated tannin structure.
