The nose is reminiscent of a bright, fresh morning during early Spring. Notes of citrus fruits, Granny Smith apple and subtle hints of warm toastiness follow spring blossoms such as hawthorn. The palate is lively and fresh, with more mature notes of pineapple, nutmeg, white pepper and oriental zest.

A classic French sparkling. White-gold in colour that is fruity and delicate. A good balance between vinosity and roundness. A very pleasant wine. Best served chilled as an aperitif.

Few champagne houses remain in family hands. The impressively-pedigreed Pol Roger is one of them. Residing in the heart of Epernay with cellars running below the Avenue de Champagne for over seven kilometres, they are highly-skilled vinous alchemists in possession of an exquisite collection of wines. This sweet sparkling wine expresses all the aromatic heritage of the Piedmont region. Riccadonna Asti D.O.C.G is a sweet and delicate sparkling wine, but also rigorous in its style. With its bright colour and intense bouquet, it has a floral, fruity and herbal aroma with acacia, white peach, nectarine, sage notes and some tropical hints.

Crisp, clean and delicate with fine bubbles on the palate. Intense flavours of apples and peaches lead to a pleasant finish with lingering fruit and floral notes.

Carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir given a gentle first pressing give us the juice for this wonderful méthode traditionnelle.

Two hundred years ago, in 1818, Madame Clicquot created the very first blended Rosé in the Champagne region. She broke with the accepted practice of using an elderberry-based preparation to colour the wine and instead blended some of her fine Bouzy red wine with her classic Champagne. The result was the first blended Rosé, the Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Once more, Madame Clicquot was leading the way and changing the rules. Full bodied and deliciously fruity, with intense flavours of juicy ripe strawberries and cherries, Veuve Clicquot's Rosé is a burst of red fruits and the expression of Madame Clicquot's ingenious and audacious spirit.

Fashioned from grapes grown to some of France's most exquisite winegrowing districts, Cuvée Veuve du Verney has been awarded many accolades and medals throughout it's illustrious history. A fine bead and persistent mousse. Tres French and lively on the nose, bouquets of good dry crunchy fruit with characters of supple spice, apples and subdued cinnamon, peachy elements and sweet smelling clovey punch. Straight onto the palate with crisp apple and nectarine flavours, heightened profiles of rich cashew and toasty, yeasty brioche, simple almond characters with complexities of mint, confectioned citrus and vanilla.
