A refreshingly stylish shade of summer, this light, bright and beautifully pale pink rosé brims with fresh raspberry and strawberry notes drawn straight from carefully nurtured, sustainably grown Barossa grapes. Crisp and dry, it delivers finely etched acidity and an ideal balance of weight and texture, crafted from small, flavour-packed berries and guided by meticulous modern winemaking that preserves every delicate aromatic. Picked at perfect ripeness for natural freshness and purity, it's an effortlessly vibrant, fruit-forward rosé that captures the distinctive elegance, finesse and lively fruit character of the Barossa Valley.

Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

Fruit sourced from Australia brings to this wine delicacy and minerality. Each parcel of Pinot Gris is harvested at optimal ripeness, the subtle residual sweetness and time on lees add weight to this wine. Pair this Pinot Gris with a Thai green chicken curry, or good old-fashioned roast pork.

A Riesling which brings together outstanding fruit from two of New Zealand's pre-eminent growing areas - Marlborough and Waipara. Following harvest, parcels of fruit were gently pressed before settling for 36 hours. From there the juice was racked and underwent cool temperature fermentation. The winemakers tasted throughout the ferment to ensure they stopped it when the wine achieved the perfect balance of flavours.

The wine is not heavy or fat on the palate, but rather the palate has tremendous length in addition to the raspberry, cherry, peach, herbal, citrus and mineral core.

Black Barn's selectively picked fruit ensures optimum quality and ripeness, while thier artisan winemaking philosophy creates wines of depth, character, and remarkable cellaring ability. This is a crisp, medium-bodied, elegant Chardonnay with struck flint, mineral, citrus, grapefruit, and white peach flavours. The wine has an appealingly ethereal texture and a lengthy finish.

An attractive, fresh and stylish Pinot Noir dominant rosé, full of Rainier cherry flavours and granite notes. Cranberry, watermelon and sea breeze aromas mingle on the nose. Elegant and well-balanced, this wine shows undertones of tamarillo, honeydew melon, oyster shell and subtle liquorish notes. The finish is clean and dry with a lick of salt.
