A Riesling which brings together outstanding fruit from two of New Zealand's pre-eminent growing areas - Marlborough and Waipara. Following harvest, parcels of fruit were gently pressed before settling for 36 hours. From there the juice was racked and underwent cool temperature fermentation. The winemakers tasted throughout the ferment to ensure they stopped it when the wine achieved the perfect balance of flavours.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

This Australian Shiraz from the Riverland winegrowing region in South Eastern Australia. This hot, dry winegrowing region is famous for ripe, generous, classic Aussie Shiraz with delicious sweet red berry flavours. Harvested at perfect ripeness, fruit was immediately processed at the winery and fermented on skins to maximise flavour and colour. Maturation in oak.

Bright, young and vibrant medium bodied palate, showing red berry flavours, supported by hints of cigar box and cedar in the background. A juicy mid palate presenting great structure, with a balanced acidity.

Lifted spicy cloves, hint of musky redskin with vanilla bean spice and faint zataar notes. Fig seed with spicy ripe red plum. A rich full palate, with fleshy mulberry fruits. Subtle use of oak further adds complexity with good flavour and balance with some fine, powdery tannins evident. A well-balanced wine with great depth, length and structure.

A balanced & medium to full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon blended with some Syrah for depth and richness. A gorgeous blend that's all its own and more complex than its parts.

The wine is not heavy or fat on the palate, but rather the palate has tremendous length in addition to the raspberry, cherry, peach, herbal, citrus and mineral core.

Lifted and perfumed on the nose, this Shiraz shows notes of blackberry and blood plum fruit laced with classic nuances of black pepper, spice, vanilla and cedar. Medium to full bodied and elegant with fleshy dark fruit characters, silky tannins and balanced acidity culminating in a long and rewarding finish.

Shows vibrant aromas of lifted raspberry and mulberry, with underlying violets and vanilla. Red fruit flavours and spice continue on the palate and combine with subtle oak and soft tannins to produce a perfectly balanced Shiraz.

Dark red with crimson hues, lifted cassis, blackcurrant leaf and cedar. Ripe black fruits accompanied by a refreshing bright palate with classic Heathcote eucalypt-mint characters. Bold generous mid-palate displaying fruit intensity and ripe textured tannins. Exceptional concentration and purity combined with restrained structure and balance. This is a wine that can be enjoyed in its youth, but will also equally reward those with the patience to cellar for a further 6 - 10 years.
