Selected batches of fruit from premium South Australian Shiraz vineyards are brought together in a well-structured wine displaying attractive berry and spice characters supported by subtle creamy oak and finishing with fine, velvety tannins.

This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine. The elegant champagne colour resulted from minimal skin contact prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of pear, stonefruit and pineapple with white peach, apricot and a touch of pink grapefruit on the palate. Best served slightly chilled.

Ripe hand picked fruit, gentle winemaking and maturation in French oak have resulted in a complex and powerful wine. It has a perfumed nose of darks fruits, violets and liquorice with a hint of spice. Ripe berry, plum, cherry and chocolate show on the palate with a long sweet fruit finish. A great example of one of the best Central Otago Pinot Noirs. Drinking fantastically well now and will develop and cellar for several years.

This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. The vibrant pink colour resulted from a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of strawberry, peach and blossom with an abundance of cranberry, peach and citrus on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled.

Wynns Coonawarra Estate Black Label Shiraz is a benchmark example of cool-climate Australian Shiraz, known for its elegant style. The 2019 has pristine berry fruits dominating the nose. Initially, the reds fruits are apparent - cranberries and redcurrants but then there is darker fruit more blackcurrant. A classic medium-bodied Shiraz palate, crunchy dark berries with black pepper and some sweeter cinnamon notes. The 2019 has a lovely texture - fine tannin with lively acidity.

The Vinework Chardonnay nose is elegant and lifted, with vibrant citrus, ripe white stone fruits, and delicate floral notes, complemented by subtle hints of wet stone and sea spray. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with impressive length, revealing layers of grapefruit pith and lemon-lime flavours alongside a touch of nougat oak spice.

This full-bodied Shiraz opens with aromas of boysenberry, black cherry, and lifted florals, accented by hints of white pepper and savoury spice. The palate is rich and generous, layered with brambly fruits, liquorice, and subtle oak spice, all supported by velvety tannins that provide structure and length.
