A beautifully perfumed nose packed with wild red and black berry fruits, toasted brown cooking spices and lifted floral notes, layered over a subtle earthy background. The palate is juicy and lively up front, brimming with red cherry, plum, lightly roasted coffee beans and just a hint of sweet baking spice. A streak of fine acidity brightens the mid palate, blending seamlessly with fine powdery tannins to lift the palate towards a satisfying elegant finish.

On the nose, this single vineyard wine shows fragrant ripe apricots, white blossoms, hints of honeydew melon and orange peel. The palate is flavoursome and mouth filling with a refreshing zingy finish.

The Nautilus Chardonnay is straw coloured with a lifted nose of white peaches, citrus blossoms, brioche, and toasted hazelnuts. The palate displays stone fruits along with a nutty complexity from the natural ferments. The palate has good depth and concentration with a refreshingly long finish. This wine has a tight mineral structure and will develop a creamy texture as it matures.

This wine has aromas of pomegranate, ripe blackberries, warming spices and savoury notes. The mid-palate shows fruit sweetness, while generous but fine-grained tannins contribute to a lingering elegant finish.

The Nautilus Cuvée Marlborough Brut NV is pale straw in colour with a fine bead and creamy mousse. The wine has a distinctive nutty bouquet, which shows the richness of a Pinot Noir dominant blend and the benefits of extended maturation. An elegant finely structured wine in which then fruit flavours harmonise with biscuity, yeast derived complexities and crisp acidity to give a lingering dry finish.

This Nautilus Pinot Gris is pale straw in colour, with vibrant aromas of fresh pears, ginger, honeysuckle, lime zest and delicate hints of spice. The medium-bodied palate shows concentrated fruit flavours, bright acidity and a deliciously dry finish.

The Nautilus Sauvignon Blanc displays intense lifted aromas of lemongrass, fresh blackcurrant buds and ripe grapefruit. The palate introduces delightful lime zest flavours with mouth-watering intensity finishing with a strong textural component.

The Nautilus Pinot Noir is dark ruby in colour. The complex nose displays floral characters; violets and rose petals, sweet dark cherry, plums, earthy notes and a touch of toasty spice. The palate is concentrated and elegant with a fine dense core of tannins and a long savoury finish.

Pure, ripe and youthful with a mineral and citrus fruits laden bouquet. Aromas of ripe grapefruit and white peach, a cold river stone earthy quality, baked apple and quince. There's a floral scent of mountain flowers while the oak shows a raw nut quality and is moderately intense. Youthful, taut and fresh as the wine touches the palate. Flavours of citrus and orchard fruits, oak spice and a silky texture. A dry wine with plenty of weight and poise, oak flavours include some baking spice and raw sugar sensations with fine tannins and acidity round out the mouthfeel. A complex and tasty wine with layers of mineral then fruit, oak and texture.

An example of a Pinot Gris with the influence of skin fermentation. It's a tricky one to pull off but when it works, it works well and in this case, it works. An orange-brick colour with aromas of dried pear and pear-drop lollies. The palate shows off whole bunch characteristics with plenty of punch here at the finish.
